Drop in fee - $23 per day.
Fees are due the first day of each month regardless of holidays or vacation. No deductions are made for absences and there are no “make up” days. It is possible for your child to attend on an unscheduled day as a “drop in” as space allows and with prior approval for $23/drop-in day fee.
All checks should be made payable to ArtwithHeart. Our Federal Tax ID Number is #58-0653182. End of the year statements are printed upon request.
A $15 late tuition fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 10th day of each month. Please communicate any payment difficulties to the Director as we do recognize extenuating circumstances.
A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute after 1:05 will be charged if you are late picking up your child. Repeated late charges may result in a child being dropped from the program.
If you have additional children enrolled in the PMO, there is a 10% discount for the second child, 20% for the third. e.g. for two children attending three days per week, the tuition for the 1st child is $225, and $202.50 for the second, for a total of $607.50.
